Riverside Savings Bank will be closing at 2pm on December 24th.  Offices will also be closed on December 25th.  We will resume normal banking hours on December 26th.

Hello to all:

It is hard to believe, but Christmas is upon us and another year is wrapping up!

From all of us here at Riverside Savings Bank, MERRY CHRISTMAS and HAPPY NEW YEAR!

2024 marked our 110^th year of providing banking products, services and solutions to the Roanoke Valley, eastern North Carolina and southside Virginia.  We appreciate your business and most importantly your trust. The year brought about many positive changes with new products and services, including new debit cards and a new online banking platform.  Thank you for your patience as we implemented all of these changes and new services.

As I have said many times, large banks tend to make banking complicated, but it doesn’t have to be!  We continue to strive to make banking simple and fair…. paying our depositors a competitive rate of return and charging a fair rate when someone borrows money.  Riverside Savings Bank keeps it local with local folks making decisions, day in and day out, with one thing in mind…you!  We’re not focused on shareholders because we don’t have any.  We’re just focused on you, our clients!
